During my time at Jamf, I was tasked with redesigning their customer success program, Jamf Heroes. The company prides itself on promoting inclusivity and diversity, and as such, I wanted to ensure that these values were reflected in the program’s visual identity. To achieve this, I chose gender-neutral colors and created illustrations of characters that were free from any gender-specific features.
One of the key challenges of this project was to develop a solution that could guide other designers in creating new and cohesive illustrations based on the new content created for the program. To address this, I created a toolkit that contained pre-designed elements of each character, allowing designers to easily build upon the setup and create new illustrations.
Overall, this project was both challenging and rewarding. I am proud of the positive feedback that was received after launching the redesign, and I believe that the inclusive design will help to reinforce Jamf’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
