Animated ‘How It Works’ for Just Eat App

This project for Just Eat Takeaway involved creating engaging animations that clearly explain key app features, enabling customers to effortlessly navigate and utilize them. The animations were designed to be easily understandable and visually streamlined, highlighting only the essential information.

The visual design approach involved simplifying detailed app screens to make them easier to read and focusing only on important interactions. I used brand-supportive colors to visually enhance the animations and highlight each step clearly.

Two main user journeys – Filters and Pickup – were first created as static storyboards before turning them into animations. Later, these animations were adapted into eight different languages. The final animations are clear, accessible, and were displayed as an in-app banner tutorial in the Just Eat app.
